Simple Pricing Structure
Starting from £65 per hour, our emergency call-out charge covers the first hour of work.
If we resolve the issue in less than one hour, the standard £65 minimum charge still applies. If we are unable to gain entry within the first hour, no call-out cost will be charged.
Payment is due at the end of the job on the same day. We accept PayPal, Worldpay, bank transfer and cash.
An invoice will be sent to your supplied email address within three days.
Any additional costs, such as replacement locks or other materials, will be quoted in advance and must also be paid on the day of service.
9am to 6pm – £65 hr
Our standard rate is £65 per hour, which is the minimum charge for visits or call-outs during the weekdays.
After 6pm – £85 hr
After 6pm or weekends the standard charge is £85.

We are based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, and cover most areas of East Sussex. For emergency call-outs, we aim to arrive within an hour, depending on your location and the nature of the job.
When you book with us, we will need your phone number so we can send you a text message confirming your location and job details. Once everything has been confirmed, we will make our way straight to you. We may be able to travel further afield, although an additional surcharge may apply to cover extra travel costs.
